(1)     submit an application to the Comptroller on the form and containing the
information that the Comptroller requires; and

(2)     pay to the Comptroller [an application] A fee of [$251] $750.

(f) If a person has had a license revoked under § 16-210 of this subtitle, the
person may not reapply for a license within 1 year after the date when the prior license
was revoked.

(G) (1) IN ADDITION TO THE LICENSE FEE OTHERWISE REQUIRED
UNDER THIS SECTION:

(I)     AN APPLICANT FOR THE INITIAL ISSUANCE OF A
LICENSE ISSUED BY THE COMPTROLLER UNDER THIS TITLE SHALL PAY
TO THE COMPTROLLER A NONREFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE OF $200;
AND

(II)    AN APPLICANT FOR RENEWAL OF A LICENSE ISSUED
BY THE COMPTROLLER UNDER THIS TITLE SHALL PAY TO THE
COMPTROLLER A RENEWAL FEE OF $30.-

(2)     THE APPLICATION AND RENEWAL FEES REQUIRED UNDER
THIS SUBSECTION DO NOT APPLY TO A LICENSE THAT IS ISSUED BY THE
CLERK.

Article - Corporations and Associations

1-203.

In addition to any organization and capitalization fee required under § 1-204 of this
article, the Department shall collect the following fees:

(3)     For each of the following documents which are filed but not recorded,
the filing fee is as indicated:

Reservation of a corporate or limited partnership name..............................$7

Original registration of name of a foreign corporation to end of calendar
year..............................................................................................................$50

Renewal of registration of name of a foreign corporation for one calendar
year..............................................................................................................$50

Documents in connection with the qualification of a foreign corporation to
do intrastate business in this State...........................................................$50

Application for registration of a foreign limited partnership.....................$50

Annual report of a Maryland corporation, except a charitable or
benevolent institution, nonstock corporation, savings and loan
corporation, credit union, and banking institution.....................[$40] $100

Annual report of a foreign corporation subject to the jurisdiction of this
State, except an insurance company which pays an annual filing fee of $25
to the Insurance Commissioner, national banking association, savings and
loan association, credit union, nonstock corporation, and charitable and
benevolent institution...................................................................[$40] $100
