Upon approval of application:

A Class 1 wholesale licensee shall be entitled to use additional locations for the
warehousing, sale and delivery of beer, wine and liquor upon the payment of an
additional fee of [$1,500.00] $2,000 for each additional location. A Class 2 wholesale
licensee shall be entitled to use additional locations for the warehousing, sale and delivery
of wine and liquor upon the payment of an additional fee of [51,250.00] $1,750 for each
additional location. A Class 3 wholesale licensee shall be entitled to use additional
locations for the warehousing, sale and delivery of beer and wine upon the payment of an
additional fee of [$1,000.00] $1,500 for each additional location. A Class 4 wholesale
licensee shall be entitled to use additional locations for the warehousing, sale and delivery
of beer upon the payment of an additional fee of [$200.00] $1,250 for each additional
location. A CLASS 5 WHOLESALE LICENSEE SHALL BE ENTITLED TO USE
ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS FOR THE WAREHOUSING, SALE AND DELIVERY
OF WINE UPON THE PAYMENT AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $1,250 FOR EACH
ADDITIONAL LOCATION. Two locations under one license shall not be located in any
one county or in Baltimore City.

[Class 5 Limited beer with import privilege.

Class 6 Limited beer without import privilege.

The annual fee for a limited beer wholesaler's license shall be based upon U. S.
population census as follows:

In counties of not more than 18,000 population............................................$125.00

In counties of more than 18,000 population but not more than 35,000
population..................................................................................................................... 175.00

In counties of more than 35,000 population and in Baltimore City................225.00

Additional annual fee for Class 5 license for the privilege of importing beer. 50.00]

(b) (1) A wholesaler's license in accordance with the fee paid shall entitle the
holder to acquire the alcoholic beverages indicated thereon, from licensees and holders of
nonresident dealer's permits authorized by this State to make such sales and deliveries.
Such a license shall authorize the sale and delivery of such alcoholic beverages from the
licensed premises to licensees and permit holders in Maryland and persons outside of this
