Design, demolish, renovate, construct, and equip housing,
including site preparation and relocation and replacement of
utilities.

Maryland Correctional Institution for Women (Anne Arundel County):

Design and prepare detailed plans and specifications for a
Multi-Purpose Building.

Maryland Correctional Training Center (Washington County):

Design and prepare detailed plans and specifications for a
Gatehouse/Visitor Registration Center.

Maryland Correctional Institution - Hagerstown (Washington County):

Upgrade electrical system]

The appropriation made in this subsection may be used only for
the projects herein listed. [Any expenditures for these projects
may not exceed ten percent of the amounts indicated below]
