originally made by Chapter 125 on page 1644 of the Acts of 1985,
Section 1(5) of Chapter 125 of the Acts of 1985 being hereby
modified to the extent that work may begin upon satisfactory
assurances to the Board of Public Works that the project can be
completed with the aggregate of the funds herein and heretofore
appropriated for this purpose (Baltimore City). THE AMOUNT
OF FUNDS IN THIS APPROPRIATION NOT ENCUMBERED
FOR THE PURPOSES IDENTIFIED ABOVE AS OF JUNE 1,
1992 SHALL BE USED TO ACQUIRE PROPERTY FOR A
