Inc., to restore historic structures in the Annapolis Historic

buildings for State use, provided that no funds may be expended
until the Department of General Services provides the budget
committees a written report on the intended use of the funds and

CONSTRUCTION CONTINGENCY FUND

(E)    Construction Contingency Fund. Provide funds to establish the
Construction Contingency Fund to be used if bids for a previously
authorized State-owned capital project exceed the authorized
amount or to cover change orders during the construction of a
project. Provided that expenditures from the Fund shall receive
the approval of the Board of Public Works. Further provided that
prior to seeking approval from the Board of Public Works, the
Department of General Services shall provide written notice to the
budget committees on the planned use of the funds and shall allow

45 days for review and comment by the budget committees...........               100,000
