NOTE

A total of 58 bills was introduced for the 1991 Second Special Session. Of the 35
Senate bills, 3 were passed by both Houses and signed by the Governor. Of the 23 House
bills introduced, 2 were passed by both Houses. One was signed by the Governor and one
was vetoed by the Governor, as provided by Section 17 of Article II of the Constitution.
