Ch. 4                                       1991 LAWS OF MARYLAND

(4) THAT PART OF ELECTION DISTRICT 13, PRECINCT 48 THAT IS
WEST OF A LINE THAT RUNS ALONG THE CENTER OF RIPPLING BROOK
DRIVE FROM BEL PRE ROAD TO THE SOUTHERN BOUNDARY OF THE
PRECINCT AND THAT PART THAT IS EAST OF A LINE THAT RUNS ALONG
THE CENTER OF BIRCHTREE LANE FROM BUSTLETON LANE TO BERET
LANE, THENCE ALONG THE CENTER OF BERET LANE TO BUSTLETON
LANE.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is an emergency
measure, is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health and safety, has
been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of all the members elected to
each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, and shall take effect from the date it is
enacted.
