FOR the purpose of amending the Worcester County - Worcester County Development
Center Loan of 2001 and the Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 2006
to alter the location of the Worcester County Development Center; extending
the deadline by which the Board of County Commissioners of Worcester County
must present evidence to the Board of Public Works that a matching fund will
be provided; and generally relating to the Worcester County Development
Center.
