the Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts, Inc. for the
renovation and rehabilitation of the Maryland Hall for
the Creative Arts, located in Annapolis, subject to a
requirement that the grantee grant and convey a
historic easement to the Maryland Historical Trust.
NOTWITHSTANDING SECTION 1(5) OF THIS ACT,
THE MATCHING FUND MAY CONSIST OF IN KIND
CONTRIBUTIONS (Anne Arundel County).................... 100,000
ZA02 LOCAL HOUSE OF DELEGATES INITIATIVES
(O) Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts. Provide a grant
equal to the lesser of (i) $250,000 or (ii) the amount of
the matching fund provided, to the Board of Directors of
the Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts, Inc. for the
renovation and rehabilitation of Maryland Hall for the
Creative Arts, located in Annapolis, subject to a
requirement that the grantee grant and convey a
historic easement to the Maryland Historical Trust.
NOTWITHSTANDING SECTION 1(5) OF THIS ACT,
THE MATCHING FUND MAY CONSIST OF IN KIND
CONTRIBUTIONS (Anne Arundel County)..................... 250,000
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 2007.
