the Old Blair Auditorium Project, Inc. for the repair,
renovation, construction, reconstruction, and capital
equipping of the Old Blair High School Auditorium
located in Silver Spring, subject to a requirement that
the grantee grant and convey an historical easement to
the Maryland Historical Trust. Notwithstanding Section
1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may consist of in
kind contributions or funds expended prior to the
effective date of this Act AND THE GRANTEE MUST
PRESENT EVIDENCE THAT A MATCHING FUND WILL
BE PROVIDED BY JUNE 1, 2009.(Montgomery County) 300,000
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 2007.

AN ACT concerning
Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 2005 - Talbot County -
Frederick Douglass Memorial
FOR the purpose of amending the Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 2005
to extend the deadline by which the Frederick Douglass Memorial Action
Coalition may present evidence to the Board of Public Works that a matching
fund will be provided; and altering the matching fund requirement.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Chapter 445 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 2005
