(3) ZA00 MISCELLANEOUS GRANT PROGRAMS
(AC) United Way of Calvert County. Provide a grant equal to
the lesser of (i) $145,000 or (ii) the amount of the
matching fund provided, to the Board of Directors of the
United Way of Calvert County, Inc. for the expansion of
the parking lot and the ACQUISITION, repair,
renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of the
United Way building, located in Prince Frederick.
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching
fund may consist of real property, in kind contributions,
or funds expended prior to the effective date of this Act
(Calvert County)................................................................. 145,000
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is an emergency
measure, is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health or safety,
has been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of all the members
elected to each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, and shall take effect from
the date it is enacted.

Charge - Automatic
FOR the purpose of altering a provision of law so as to make certain procedures
relating to expungement of certain police records applicable only to certain
arrests, detentions, or confinements occurring before a certain date; requiring
the expungement of certain police records if certain procedures are met:
repealing certain provisions relating to a request for expungement of a certain
