AN ACT concerning
Qualified State Long-Term Care Insurance Partnership - Revisions
FOR the purpose of altering certain provisions of law to conform with the
requirements of a certain section of the federal Social Security Act; altering
certain reporting dates for reports requiring the Department of Health and
Mental Hygiene and the Insurance Commissioner to report to the General
Assembly on the implementation of the Qualified State Long—Term Care
Insurance Partnership; and generally relating to long-term care and the
Qualified State Long-Term Care Insurance Partnership.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 15-401 through 15-405 and 15-407 to be under the amended subtitle
"Subtitle 4. Qualified State Long-Term Care Insurance Partnership"
