AN ACT concerning
Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 2005 - Montgomery County -
Pyramid Atlantic
FOR the purpose of amending the Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 2005
to extend the deadline by which the Board of Directors of Pyramid Atlantic, Inc.
may present evidence to the Board of Public Works that a matching fund will be
provided.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Chapter 445 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 2005
Section 1(3) Item ZA02 (AY)
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That:
(3) ZA02 LOCAL SENATE INITIATIVES
(AY) Pyramid Atlantic. Provide a grant equal to the lesser
of (i) $100,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of Pyramid
Atlantic, Inc. for the design, construction, and
renovation of an elevator and attachment of a
welcome center to the existing Pyramid Atlantic
property, located in Silver Spring. Notwithstanding
Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may
consist of in kind contributions. notwithstanding
Section 1(5) of this Act, the grantee has
