(ii) Shall be deposited into the Maryland Legal Services
Corporation Fund established under [§ 7-408 of this title] § 11-402 OF THE HUMAN
SERVICES ARTICLE.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section 2 of this Act shall
take effect contingent on the taking effect of the termination provision specified in
Section 3 of Chapter 516 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 2005. If that
termination provision takes effect, § 7-301(c)(2)(ii) of the Courts Article, as enacted by
Section 1 of this Act, shall be abrogated and of no further force and effect. This Act
may not be interpreted to have any effect on that termination provision.
SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That, subject to the provisions
of Section 3 of this Act, this Act shall take effect October 1, 2007.
