(i) the Administration has accepted an assignment of support
under [Article 88A, § 50(b)(2) of the Code] § 5-312(B)(2) of THE HUMAN SERVICES
ARTICLE; or
10-119.3.
(e) (1) Subject to the provisions of subsection (f) of this section, the
Administration may request a licensing authority to suspend or deny an individual's
license if:
(i) 2. A. the Administration has accepted an assignment
of support under [Article 88A, § 50(b)(2) of the Code] § 5-312(B)(2) of THE HUMAN
SERVICES ARTICLE; or

(c) "Party" means:
(3) the Administration when:
(i) it has accepted an assignment of support under [Article 88A,
§ 50(b)(2) of the Code] § 5-312(B)(2) of THE HUMAN SERVICES ARTICLE; or

(d) A person to whom a medical record is disclosed may not redisclose the
medical record to any other person unless the redisclosure is:
(3) Permitted under [Article 88A, § 6(b) of the Code] § 1-202(B) or
(c) of the Human Services Article; or
4-306.
(b) A health care provider shall disclose a medical record without the
authorization of a person in interest:
(1) To a unit of State or local government, or to a member of a
multidisciplinary team assisting the unit, for purposes of investigation or treatment in
a case of suspected abuse or neglect of a child or an adult, subject to the following
conditions:
