DRAFTER'S NOTE: Error: Incorrect cross-references and obsolete terminology in § 2-10-1 of the
Public Local Laws of Frederick County. Occurred: As a result of Ch. 3, Acts of 1989. 2-13-15. (a) The board may provide for the issuance of bonds under this section at any
time or times for the purpose of refunding any bonds of: (1) The district, a body politic and corporate created by the county
pursuant to the provisions of [Md. Code Ann., Art. 43, §§ 646 to 673, inclusive, (1971
Replacement Volume and 1978 Supplement)] TITLE 9, SUBTITLE 6 OF THE Environment article of the Annotated Code of Maryland; DRAFTER'S NOTE: Error: Incorrect cross-references in § 2-13-15(a)(1) of the Public Local Laws of
Frederick County. Occurred: As a result of Ch. 240, Acts of 1982. SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the publishers of the
Annotated Code of Maryland, in consultation with and subject to the approval of the
Department of Legislative Services, with no further action required by the General
Assembly, shall correct throughout the Code any references to the federal "Veterans
Administration" to be the federal "Department of Veterans Affairs." The publishers
shall make these corrections in the 2007 Supplements and 2007 Replacement Volumes
and shall adequately describe any such correction in an editor's note following any
section affected. SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the publisher of the
Annotated Code of Maryland, subject to the approval of the Department of Legislative
Services, shall make any changes in the text of the Annotated Code necessary to
effectuate any termination provision that was enacted by the General Assembly and
has taken effect or will take effect prior to October 1, 2007. Any enactment of the 2007
Session of the General Assembly that negates or extends the effect of a previously
enacted termination provision shall prevail over the provisions of this section. SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Drafter's Notes
contained in this Act are not law and may not be considered to have been enacted as
part of this Act.
