(6) Any unspent portions of the Account may not be transferred or
reverted to the General Fund of the State, but shall remain in the Account to be used
for the purposes specified in this section.
(b) The Health Care Quality Account for Assisted Living PROGRAMS shall
be used for training, grant awards, demonstration projects, or other purposes designed
to improve the quality of care.
(c) The Department shall adopt regulations for the distribution of funds from
the Health Care Quality Account for Assisted Living PROGRAMS.

(b) (4) At least 2 weeks before a meeting is held under paragraph (2) of
this subsection, the [secretary] SECRETARY of the Maryland Dental Hygienists'
Association shall mail to each licensed dental hygienist, at the address appearing in
their records or the records of the Board, a notice that states the time, place, and
purpose of the meeting.

(c) While it is effective, a retired volunteer dentist's license or a volunteer
dentist's license to practice dentistry issued under this title authorizes the licensee to
practice dentistry:
(1) Only in a dental office, dental clinic, ambulatory care facility, or
hospital;
