environmental hazards by taking into account the special vulnerability of children
because of their developing physiology, and because their exposures, behaviors, and
diets can differ greatly from those of adults; AND
2. Is consistent and uniform with the children's
environmental health policies, rules, regulations, and standards of other State
agencies; and

(c) (1) For fiscal year 2004 and each subsequent fiscal year, the Governor
shall provide funds in the budget for the Children's Cabinet Fund established under
Article 49D of the Code in an amount equal to[:
(i) The] THE amount of federal funds received under subsection
(a) of this section during the most recently completed fiscal year[;]:
[(ii)] (I) Less any administrative costs incurred by the
Department, the Department of Juvenile Services, and the Department of Human
Resources in implementing the programs required under this section; and
[(iii)] (II) Subject to adjustment in accordance with subsection
(e) of this section.
