(1) REMOVE REFERENCES TO THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND
TO THE POSITION OF FINANCE DIRECTOR AND THE POSITION
OF ASSISTANT FINANCE DIRECTOR AND REPLACE THEM WITH
REFERENCES TO A DEPARTMENT OF INTERNAL SERVICES TO
BE HEADED BY A DIRECTOR OF INTERNAL SERVICES WHO
SHALL BE ASSISTED BY AN ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF
INTERNAL SERVICES-FINANCE;
(2) REMOVE REFERENCES TO THE DEPARTMENT OF
PROCUREMENT AND TO THE POSITION OF DIRECTOR OF
PROCUREMENT AND REPLACE WITH REFERENCES TO THE
DIVISION OF PROCUREMENT;
AND TO PROVIDE THAT THIS TITLE IS A FAIR SUMMARY OF SUCH
CHARTER AMENDMENTS; AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE PROCEDURES TO BE
FOLLOWED FOR THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THIS CHARTER AMENDMENT
RESOLUTION.
