Municipal Charters 2007 Laws of Maryland
contiguous to and binding upon the Easterly Corporate Limits of the Town of Princess
Anne, popularly known as the "McCormick Swamp Road Annexation" generally
bounded on the Northwest by the corporate limits of the Town of Princess Anne,
Maryland and on the South by the Princess Anne Industrial Park. (14.5827 acres of land, more or less) [Section 202 of the Charter of the Town of Princess Anne, Somerset County, as
found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters (1990
Replacement Edition and 2005 Supplement), amended. Effective Date February 22, 2007]
