ARTICLE VII, ENTITLED "FINANCE", BY REPEALING SECTION 119, ENTITLED
"POWERS AND DUTIES OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AS SUPERVISOR OF
PURCHASING AGENT". [Section 119 of the Charter of the City of Frederick, Frederick County, as found in
the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters (1990
Replacement Edition and 2005 Supplement), repealed. Effective Date August 25,2006]
Resolution No. 06-27 A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF FREDERICK,
ARTICLE VIII, ENTITLED "CHIEF LEGAL SERVICES OFFICER", BY
REPEALING SECTION 122, ENTITLED "APPOINTMENT AND
COMPENSATION". [Section 122 of the Charter of the City of Frederick, Frederick County, as found in
the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters (1990
Replacement Edition and 2005 Supplement), repealed. Effective Date August 25,2006]
