THE SECRETARY SHALL PROVIDE FOR THE EVALUATION, BY RECOGNIZED
AUTHORITIES IN THE FIELD OF SERVICES TO SENIORS, OF THE PROGRAMS FUNDED
BY THE GRANTS.

In subsection (a) of this section, the reference to the approval of Program
priorities "under § 10-603(a) of this subtitle" is added for clarity.
