BETTERTON (Kent County) Annexation Resolution No. 2007-01 RESOLUTION PROPOSING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN LANDS TO THE TOWN OF BETTERTON A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE ANNEXATION OF 4.742 acres of land
more or less in the Third Election District of Kent County, known as the Betterton
Associates, LLC property, into the municipal boundaries of the Town of Betterton,
Maryland; providing for the terms and conditions of the annexation to the Town of
Betterton; amending the Charter of the Town of Betterton for the purposes of including
the annexed property within the legal descriptions and plats depicting the corporate limits
of the Town; and all matters related to said annexation. [Section 104 of the Charter of the Town of Betterton, Kent County, as found in the
Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement
Edition and 2005 Supplement), added. Effective Date April 27, 2007]

County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2005 Supplement).
