- allowing a building materials and supplies store as a permitted use in the Research
and Development (R&D) zone under certain circumstances, and - requiring site plan review for standard method development in the R&D zone,
after a certain date. By amending the following section of the Montgomery County Zoning
Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

method of development to 18,000 square feet; [[and]] - allowing a minimum lot area less than 18.000 square feet, under certain
circumstances.
