Bill No. 1-2006
AN ACT amending the in-aid-of-construction charge for water and sewer to require
payment of the charge prior to the issuance of certain permits; clarifying the
definition of owner; requiring additional payment if use exceeds the amount
approved in a prior permit application or if an alteration, modification, or addition
will result in increased usage; allowing certain permits to be withheld if the charge
is not paid; and generally relating to the in-aid-of-construction charge for water
and sewer.
