AN ACT concerning
Zoning Regulations - Animal Grooming Facility
FOR the purpose of permitting an animal grooming facility in B.L., M.L. and M.H.
Zones as a matter of right, subject to certain conditions; defining terms;
eliminating the definition of dog grooming facility; eliminating references to dog
grooming facility in certain sections of the regulations; requiring the operator of an
animal grooming facility to meet certain standards; establishing certain standards
for the operation of an animal grooming facility; and generally relating to animal
grooming facilities.
