Code Enforcement - Amendments
FOR the purpose of authorizing the Code Official to issue a citation without first issuing
a correction notice; requiring the Code Official to establish certain criteria;
authorizing the issuance of a citation by first class mail, posting or hand delivery;
clarifying that an unpaid civil penalty is collectable as a debt or money judgment;
and generally relating to code enforcement.
BY repealing and re-enacting, with amendments
