AN ORDINANCE concerning:
Construction and Property Maintenance Codes - Fire Prevention Code
FOR the purpose of defining certain terms; exempting certain work areas; providing for
administration and enforcement of the Fire Code; providing for conflicts;
permitting the Fire Marshal to make certain determinations; increasing the
reinspection fee; repealing and amending certain provisions related to kerosene
heaters; setting certain signage requirements related to storage of certain
chemicals; repealing certain fire prevention codes; adopting and amending certain
fire prevention codes; and generally relating to fire prevention codes.
