Bill No. 29-06 AN ORDINANCE concerning: Zoning - Tanning Salons FOR the purpose of amending the Commercial Districts Title of the Zoning Article by
adding tanning salons as a permitted an auxiliary use in C2-Commercial Office
Districts. BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments:
Article 18, § 18-5-102 Anne Arundel County Code (2005, as amended)
Bill No. 41-06 AN ORDINANCE concerning: Homeowners Property Tax Credit - County Supplement FOR the purpose of altering the limitation on the assessed value of a dwelling taken into
account in determining total real property tax for the local supplement under the
State Homeowners Property Tax Credit Program; and revising the formula for
calculating total real property tax and combined income for purposes of the local
supplement to the Homeowners Property Tax Credit. BY repealing: Article 4, § 4-2-204(a)(5) and (6) and (c)
