AN ACT Concerning
Zoning - Temporary Structures
For the purpose of amending the Zoning and Subdivision Control Article to amend the
regulations regarding temporary construction structures to provide time limitations for
temporary dwellings and to amend the provisions for emergency housing to permit the
temporary placement of recreational vehicles as emergency housing units, to extend the
time limitations for removal of emergency housing units and to enable the County
Commissioners to extend such time limitations in the case of a natural disaster.
