BY AMENDING Sections 18:1-14 and 18:1-95 and adding a new definition to

AN ACT CONCERNING Amendments to the Queen Anne's County Ethics
Ordinance, Chapter 8 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Queen Anne's County.
FOR THE PURPOSE of amending the definition of "Family Member" in the
County Ethics Ordinance to conform to the Maryland Public Ethics Law and to clarify
the provisions of the County Ethics Ordinance regarding exemptions under Section 8-15
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Queen Anne's County.
BY repealing and readopting, with amendments, Sections 8-11(e) and 8-15 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Queen Anne's County (1996 Ed.)
