10-465. MEMBERSHIP.
(A) COMPOSITION; APPOINTMENT.
(1) THE COMMITTEE CONSISTS OF SEVEN MEMBERS APPOINTED BY THE
SECRETARY.
(2) OF THE SEVEN MEMBERS:
(I) TWO SHALL BE KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THE FIELD OF
CONTINUING CARE;
(II) TWO SHALL BE CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS;
(III) ONE SHALL BE FROM THE FINANCIAL COMMUNITY; AND
(IV) TWO SHALL BE CONSUMER MEMBERS.
