2007 Vetoed Bills and Messages

(ii) Baltimore City; (iii) Baltimore County; (iv) Carroll County;
(V) CECIL COUNTY; [(v)] (VI) Frederick County;
[(vi)] (VII) Garrett County;
[(vii)] (VIII) Howard County;
[(viii)] (IX) Prince George's County;
[(ix)] (X) Wicomico County; and
[(x)] (XI) Worcester County. (2) A board may subpoena any records or papers pertaining to a
licensed business or establishment. (3) If a witness refuses to produce any records or papers so
subpoenaed the board shall report the fact to the circuit court for the county, and the
court shall proceed by attachment against the witness in all respects as if the refusal
had been by a witness summoned to appear in the court in a case pending before it. SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 2007.
