|
(AQ) Odd Fellows Hall. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of
(i) $100,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Trustees of the Grand United
Order of Odd Fellows Sandy Spring Lodge # 6430, Inc.
for the repair, renovation, and preservation of the Odd
Fellows Hall, located in Sandy Spring, subject to a
requirement that the grantee grant and convey an
historic easement to the Maryland Historical Trust.
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching
fund may consist of in kind contributions or funds
expended prior to the effective date of this Act.
NOTWITHSTANDING SECTION 1(5) OF THIS ACT,
THE GRANTEE HAS UNTIL JUNE 1, 2009, TO
PRESENT EVIDENCE THAT A MATCHING FUND WILL
BE PROVIDED (Montgomery County)............................. 100,000
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 2007.
