10-308. TELEPHONE INFORMATION AND REFERRAL SERVICE.
EACH PLANNING AND SERVICE AREA SHALL HAVE A TELEPHONE
INFORMATION AND REFERRAL SERVICE THAT IS AVAILABLE ON A 24-HOUR BASIS.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived without substantive
change from former Art. 70B, § 4G.
The reference to being "available" is substituted for the former reference to
being "in effect" for clarity.

10-309. SERVICES FOR FRAIL OR HEALTH-IMPAIRED SENIORS.
(A) IN GENERAL.
(1) THE INTERAGENCY COMMITTEE SHALL:
(I) DEVELOP A SYSTEM TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO FRAIL OR
HEALTH-IMPAIRED SENIORS AT RISK OF INSTITUTIONALIZATION; AND
(II) COORDINATE THE SYSTEM AMONG THE AGENCIES
REPRESENTED ON THE INTERAGENCY COMMITTEE.
(2) THE DEPARTMENT SHALL ADMINISTER THE SYSTEM FOR THE
INTERAGENCY COMMITTEE.
