(vi) A WORCESTER COUNTY FIRE AND EXPLOSIVE
INVESTIGATOR AS DEFINED IN § 2-208.3 OF THE CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
ARTICLE. SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Maryland Police
Training Commission shall certify as a police officer each Worcester County fire and
explosive investigator who meets the requirements of § 2-208.3 of the Criminal
Procedure Article, as enacted by Section 1 of this Act, on October 1, 2007. SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 2007. Approved by the Governor, May 17, 2007.
CHAPTER 620 (House Bill 689) AN ACT concerning Maryland Emergency Management Assistance Compact - Emergency Responders FOR the purpose of providing that certain emergency responders and certain law
enforcement officers may be a party to
defining the term " emergency responder"
for purposes of
the Maryland Emergency Management Assistance Compact,
