9-409. DEPOSIT OF FUNDS RECOVERED.
ALL FUNDS RECOVERED UNDER THIS SUBTITLE SHALL BE DEPOSITED IN THE
ANNUITY BOND FUND AND APPLIED TO THE DEBT SERVICE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
STATE.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived without substantive
change from the first sentence of former Art. 83C, § 4-106(e).
The reference to funds recovered "under this subtitle" is substituted for the
former reference to funds recovered "as a result of this right of recovery"
for clarity.
