REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived without substantive
change from former Art. 83C, § 2-123.
In subsection (a) of this section, the more specific reference to "subsection
(b) of this section" is substituted for the more general reference to "this
section" for clarity.
In subsection (b)(7) of this section, as to the substitution of the reference to
"unit" for the former reference to "agency", see General Revisor's Note to
article.
In the introductory language of subsection (b)(8) of this section, the
reference to a "foster care provider with whom the child is placed" is
substituted, for the former reference to "an individual with whom the child
is placed in foster care" for brevity.
In subsection (b)(8)(i) of this section, the reference to a licensed "child"
placement agency is added for consistency with Title 5, Subtitle 5 of the
Family Law Article.
