capital equipping of the Dorchester County Family YMCA,
located in Cambridge. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act,
the matching fund may consist of real property, in kind
contributions, or funds expended prior to the effective date of

(AI) Way Station. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i) $250,000
or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the Board of
Directors of Way Station, Inc. for the design, renovation, and
capital equipping of Way Station, a facility to provide services to
individuals with mental illness or developmental disabilities,
located in Frederick, subject to a requirement that the grantee
grant and convey a historic easement to the Maryland
Historical Trust. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the
matching fund may consist of real property or funds expended
prior to the effective date of this Act (Frederick County)...........
(AJ) Harford County 4-H Club Camp. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $100,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of Harford County 4-H
Clubs, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, and capital
equipping of a multipurpose building at the Harford County
4-H Club Camp, located in Forest Hill. Notwithstanding
Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may consist of in
kind contributions or funds expended prior to the effective date

(AK) Havre de Grace Maritime Museum. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $150,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of the Havre de Grace
Maritime Museum, Inc. for the planning, design, construction,
renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of
improvements to the Havre de Grace Maritime Museum,
located in Havre de Grace. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this
Act, the matching fund may consist of in kind contributions or
funds expended prior to the effective date of this Act (Harford

(AL) North Laurel Community Center. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser, of (i) $200,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the County Executive and County Council of
Howard County for the planning, design, site preparation,
construction, and capital equipping of the North Laurel

(AM) Agriculture Activity Center Expansion. Provide a grant equal to
