appropriation for fiscal year 2007 to
provide funds for the remaining costs to
fully develop and implement the first
phase of the Maryland Pension
Administration System (MPAS-1).
Special Fund Appropriation, provided that
$5,762,456 of this deficiency
appropriation may not be expended until
the State Retirement Agency hires a
regular project manager for the Maryland
Pension Administration System (MPAS)
and a regular chief information officer,
completes an independent verification and
