AN ACT concerning
Family Law - Child Support - Collection Fee
FOR the purpose of authorizing the Child Support Enforcement Administration to
deduct an annual collection fee from child support payments in certain cases;
providing for the termination of this Act: and generally relating to child support
enforcement.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

10-110.
(a) The Administration may:
(1) charge an initial application fee of not more than $25 for support
services;
(2) deduct from the child support payment to defray the cost of
providing support enforcement services under:
