brevity and to avoid repetition of the full reference to the "Board of

without substantive change from former Art. 30, §§ 3 through 6. In subsection (b) of this section, the former reference to the Board being
constituted under the "style" of "Blind Industries and Services of
Maryland" is deleted as included in the reference to the Board being
constituted under that "name". In subsection (d)(1) of this section, the former requirement that the Board
"shall organize immediately upon its appointment and qualification" is
deleted as obsolete. In subsection (e)(2) of this section, the reference to terms being staggered
as required by the terms provided for the Board members on "October 1,
2007" is substituted for the former obsolete reference to terms being
staggered as required by the terms provided on "July 1, 1988". This
substitution is not intended to alter the term of any member of the Board.
