being staggered as required by the terms provided on "July 1, 2004". This
substitution is not intended to alter the term of any member of the
Commission. See § 11 of Ch. 3, Acts of 2007. The terms of the members
serving on October 1, 2007, end as follows: (1) 7 in 2008; (2) 6 in 2009; and

COMMISSION; BUT (2) IF THE SECRETARY APPROVES, IS ENTITLED TO REIMBURSEMENT
FOR EXPENSES UNDER THE STANDARD STATE TRAVEL REGULATIONS, AS PROVIDED
IN THE STATE BUDGET. (B) STAFF. THE DEPARTMENT SHALL PROVIDE STAFF TO THE COMMISSION AS NECESSARY.
