SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article - Business Occupations and Professions
1-209.
A PERSON THAT KNOWINGLY AIDS OR PARTICIPATES IN A VIOLATION OF
TITLE 3, SUBTITLE 10 OF THE CRIMINAL LAW ARTICLE IS SUBJECT TO:
(1) THE SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF ANY BUSINESS
LICENSE, PERMIT, OR APPROVAL TO OPERATE GRANTED TO THE ENTITY BY THE
STATE;
(2) DISSOLUTION OR REORGANIZATION;
(3) THE SURRENDER OF THE ENTITY'S CHARTER IF IT IS A
CORPORATION ORGANIZED UNDER STATE LAW; OR
(4) THE REVOCATION OF THE ENTITTY CERTIFICATE TO
CONDUCT BUSINESS IF IT IS A CORPORATION NOT ORGANIZED UNDER STATE
LAW.
