(Senate Bill 604)
AN ACT concerning
Higher Education - Senatorial Scholarships
FOR the purpose of repealing a certain requirement to take a certain examination as
part of the application process for a senatorial scholarship; altering the
maximum amount of a certain award for a senatorial scholarship: repealing a
certain condition relating to the use of a certain award for summer school;
repealing a certain deadline; repealing a certain requirement for the Office of
Student Financial Assistance within the Maryland Higher Education
Commission to make a certain announcement; repealing a certain authorization
for a certain appointment for receipt of a certain scholarship; and generally
relating to senatorial scholarships.
