THERE IS A COMMISSION ON RESPONSIBLE FATHERHOOD.
(B) STATUS.
THE COMMISSION:
(1) IS INDEPENDENT; BUT
(2) IS LOCATED IN THE CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT
ADMINISTRATION OF THE DEPARTMENT FOR BUDGETARY AND ADMINISTRATIVE
PURPOSES ONLY.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This section formerly was Art. 41, § 18-402.
The only changes are in style.
In subsection (b)(2) of this section, the General Assembly may wish to
consider substituting a reference to the "Community Services
Administration" for the reference to the "Child Support Enforcement
Administration" to reflect the current placement of the Commission.
