6-438. FUNDING.
(A) FUNDING PROVIDED IN ANNUAL BUDGET.
FUNDS TO OPERATE THE PROGRAM SHALL BE AS PROVIDED IN THE STATE
BUDGET.
(B) FEES FOR SERVICES.
THE SECRETARY SHALL ADOPT REGULATIONS THAT SET FEES FOR SERVICES
PROVIDED BY THE PROGRAM.

In subsections (a) and (b) of this section, references to the "Program" are
substituted for the former references to the "shelter homes" for clarity and
consistency within this part.
In subsection (a) of this section, the former reference to funds "for the
establishment" of the Program is deleted as included in the reference to
funds "to operate" the Program.
In subsection (b) of this section, the former reference to a "rule" is deleted
in light of the reference to "regulations". See General Revisor's Note to
article.
