6-427. REGULATIONS.
THE DEPARTMENT SHALL ADOPT REGULATIONS, WITH THE ADVICE AND
RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE ADVISORY BOARD, TO GOVERN THE IMPLEMENTATION
AND EVALUATION OF THE PROGRAM UNDER THIS PART.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived without substantive
change from former Art. 88A, §§ 133(d)(1) and 137(a)(1).
The requirement that the Department adopt regulations "with the advice
and recommendations of the Advisory Board" is substituted for the former
requirement that the Department "seek the advice and recommendations
of the board in developing these rules and regulations" for brevity.
The former phrase "as required under § 133(d) of this article" is deleted as
surplusage.
The former reference to "services" is deleted as included in the reference to
