6-406. ANNUAL REPORT.
THE DEPARTMENT SHALL REPORT ANNUALLY TO THE GOVERNOR AND,
SUBJECT TO § 2-1246 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT ARTICLE, TO THE GENERAL
ASSEMBLY ON THE ACTIVITIES OF THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING:
(1) FINANCIAL REPORTS;
(2) DISTRIBUTION OF FUNDS;
(3) COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION; AND
(4) THE OVERALL EFFECTIVENESS OF THE PROGRAM IN FULFILLING ITS
STATED PURPOSE.
