energy assistance" is substituted for the former reference to "pertinent
information" for clarity. Also in subsection (b)(1) of this section, the reference to "units" is
substituted for the former reference to "departments and agencies" for
consistency with terminology used throughout this article. See General
Revisor's Note to article. Also in subsection (b)(1) of this section, the former reference to "data" is
deleted as included in the reference to "information". In subsection (b)(2) of this section, the reference to information "to further"
energy assistance is substituted for the former reference to information "in
the interest of" energy assistance for clarity. In subsection (c)(1) and (2) of this section, the former references to
"mak[ing]" contracts are deleted as included in the references to "entering
into" contracts. In subsection (c)(1) of this section, the phrase "[Consistent with this
